The customer messages in our clean up compliments section were supplied to us for the website. We use first names and lightly edit the wording for clarity and length, without changing the meaning. These are selected testimonials, not a complete review feed. Our card headings summarise each story. We do not assign star ratings to customer messages or present them as Google reviews.

When our Google reviews connection is active, this website displays a sample of reviews supplied by Google Maps. Google selects and orders those reviews. They are not all the reviews on our listing. The rating and total review count are supplied by Google.

We show the reviewer’s attribution and a link to the source where available. We ask customers for honest feedback, regardless of whether their experience was positive or negative, and do not offer rewards for reviews.
